Essential functions and responsibilities for this position include the following: ~Assist with new client implementation and client employer meetings in advance of the event as needed. ~Plan, schedule and conduct on-site coordination of group wellness events that support the open enrollment process. ~Select an appropriate vendor and establish contact to coordinate the number of exminers and provide necessary training of the BCA process. ~Develop contingency plans for known event issues or risks. ~Create a positive environment and experience for the employer and employee participants. Qualifications: ~Superior planning and organizational skills. ~Effective problem solving and decision making skills. ~Ability to maintain composure, confidentiality and professionalism, regardless of the situation at hand. ~Change adaptive, open minded and flexible. ~Ability to travel 30% of the time, with overnight travel required. ~Experienced with Microsoft Products. ~Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
